What are your opening hours?
Our core opening hours are Monday to Friday 0900 to 1730.
How often is the website updated?
The website is updated regularly throughout the course of the day. Updates include stock availability, prices and products.
Do I still have a dedicated account manager?
Yes you can still reach your account manager by telephone, email or Skype.
I need to update the details on my account, how can I do this?
Please contact your account manager to update Personal and invoice details.
How do I open a credit account?
Please contact your account manager to discuss credit terms.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
The stock qty is shown on the right of the price under the heading stock.
Do the prices shown include VAT?
Prices shown exclude VAT.
I do not have enough credit available to place an order, what do I do?
Please contact your account manager to discuss
I need to speak to someone regarding my order, what number do I call?
You can still reach your account manager by telephone, email or Skype.
I need to ship an order directly to my customer, how do I do this?
You can go to My Account > Address Book and add a new address, ready for delivery, or add the address when in the checkout.
How do I track the status of my order?
Go to My Account > Order History, and the status of your orders will be shown.
I placed an order before cut off time yesterday but it has not arrived today?
Go to My Account > Order History, and the status of your orders will be shown. If the order has a status of Shipped and an invoice has been emailed with tracking information, your order can be tracked with the courier.
If your order has not shipped, and when you placed the order, all products were in stock, please email your account manager who will endeavour to find out what has gone amiss.
I need to make a BACS payment, what are the bank details?
Bank details are shown on each invoice and on the contact us page.
I am not happy, who do I send a complaint to?
First port of call is your account manager.
